Treadmill



A treadmill is a type of exercise equipment that allows you to walk or run in place. Even for about 30 minutes a day, stationary biking can help regulate your blood sugar, increase good cholesterol in your body, and lower your risk of high blood pressure.

Pull-up bar



Pull-ups are an effective workout routine that makes use of your own body weight. For a few dollars, you can get yourself a pull-up bar and mount it to your home gym’s door frame.
