Before going to China, it is smart to do a some research on what this country has to offer. The places and destinations listed below are just two of China's must-sees.

1. Chendu Panda Breeding Research Center

The opportunity to see a giant panda might not come that often. So, once you are in China, it is highly recommended to drop by the Chendu Panda Breeding Center which is located in about 6 miles from the downtown area of Chendu. The center is built so that pandas may enjoy the right kind of environment outside of their natural breeding ground.

Pandas are well-loved by people all over the world, and there are only less than 1,000 of them left. This is very alarming, that is why the Chendu Panda Breeding Research Center does its best to help keep all pandas alive and stop their breed from going into extinction.

Aside from pandas, there are other rare wild animals found in the research center. There are cranes and storks as well. All of these animals thrive in an area filled with fresh air and magnificent views.

2. Yangtze River

Undoubtedly, it would be very exciting to see the longest river in Asia up close. The Yangtze River, also known as Chiang Jiang (or "The Long River"), is over 3,900 miles long, making it the third longest river in the world. It is like a line that divides the northern part of China from its southern part.

There are tourist promos and packages in China that offer cruises in the Yangtze River. While you are on board a large cruise ship, enjoying a delicious and hearty meal, you could enjoy and take in the vast blue waters and other sea creatures that you may encounter along the way.

There are several more great tourist spots located in China, so if you are thinking of spending a week or two there, make sure to stop by the places mentioned above. Your trip will definitely be unforgettable, fun and memorable.
