Flights From Shanghai To London

London is one of the world’s top tourist destinations, best known for the Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, the Big Ben, and numerous filming locations for some of the biggest box office hits in history, most particularly the Harry Potter and James Bond movie franchises.

If you are in Shanghai, China and have long wanted to visit London, there is no need to fret because there are direct flights that serve the two cities on a daily basis.

The Shanghai Pudong International Airport, which is one of Shanghai’s two international airports but the only one that offers direct flights to London, handles daily departures operated by two British airline companies: British Airways and Virgin Atlantic.

Both British Airways and Virgin Atlantic offer economy, premium economy, and business/upper class seating that include hand baggage and checked baggage allowances, comfortable seats with individual in-flight entertainment, and other amenities. Their ticket prices range from 3,330 Chinese Yuan to 23,000 Chinese Yuan, depending on the season and time of the year. A one-way trip takes about five and a half hours.

For flight availability, timetables, baggage rules, ticket prices, bookings and reservations, and other inquiries you can visit the British Airways and the Virgin Atlantic official websites.
